Happy Anniversary to us!! 🥰🥰 The best part of marriage is knowing you have a partner for life, to share the good and the bad. • We’ve been married for 3 years and it’s crazy to think about how we got here. We met in Miami in 2014 and decided to quit our jobs, sell all of our belongings, and travel in 2015 - that’s how A Game of Roads was started! ☺️☺️ (Instagram has really evolved since then). • After traveling in Europe for a few months, we decided we wanted to put our roots down in Austin, TX. • So we settled down, married, and bought a house in Austin in 2016. 🏡Now we don’t travel full time, but we’re still avid explorers and try to venture out on epic trips as often as we can. • We’re so lucky to have a travel tribe and such a wonderful and supportive community here! Our anniversary is coming up this weekend. The Sahara desert. Massive dunes like small mountains. Exhausting to climb, by the way. • In between emptiness and nothingness, we saw all kinds of wildlife: herds of wild camels, goats on brushy trees, little beetles that tumble down the dunes. 🐫🐪There’s even a rare desert fox, a nocturnal creature with big ears, but it remained hidden while we were around.
